It's that time when we think about all we have to be thankful for, so why not add Employee Engagement to the list?
Sure it makes things easier. But let's be specific. Let me offer you 5 reasons for an Employee Engagement Thanksgiving...
Performance. No one denies that the employee who engages in what she's assigned to do makes efforts to do her assignment continually better. The engagement combination of involvement, commitment, and eagerness to do the work, naturally motivates the individual to strive to do it better. And better.
